what exotic should I fully upgrade
I have only one exotic shard but I have two fully upgraded exotics that are capable of becoming better which one, hard light to 300 damage or the armamentarium to 488 defense

Coin flip really. If your goal is to hit 32, go with the armor. If you could care less about level and enjoy using your gun, upgrade that.
