The Different Types of Destiny Raiders
The different types of Destiny players I've met when finding random groups through lfg for VoG:
The Weed-man: can't stop talking about how high he is, how great his weed is, and constantly broadcasts himself coughing. Usually really bad at the game and doesn't do anything he is supposed to do.
The "Experinced" know-it-all: joins and tells everyone how amazing they are at the game/VoG, and then proceed to suck so bad they continually wipe the group for hours. "I cleared hard mode this week like 10 times bro, I know what I'm doing."
The Distracted Guy: responds about 20% of the time to requests made by the group to do certain tasks in the raid. Always responds with "yeah I'm here" in the rare case that they do respond. Proceed to do their own thing and are dead 95% of the time.
The Rage Quitter: plays with the group until there's a wipe or something doesn't go their way. They don't say anything but just drop the Fireteam.
The Good Raider: the rarest person to find. They know what to do, are patient, and don't freak out when someone dies but instead helps recover and move on.
Sometime you get people who fit into more than one type as well.

The butt itcher, they constantly moving, getting in front of you when you shoot your heavy Causing you to kill your self and has the lowest kills at the end of the raid.

He runs in as if he knows they won't beat that part. Also, this person runs out when everyone isnt ready/when his fireteam is preparing for battle.

Bob: the definition of either anyone who you really dont care about or in the context "pulling a bob" where one attempts a clearly hopeless act which had no benifit to begin with... Usually bobs dont have mics and do not respond to messages as if they are deaf. Doing their own thing. Other signs of a bob... Meleeing you for no reason. Punching a fanatic. Failing the gorgons for the 5th time. Dancing instead of killing atheon. Forgetting the first orical in a portal every time. A dead guy. Anyone who says your wrong.

Clubbed footed flag bearer. He has the plan... Hes perfect for the artifact... He never dies due to perfected raid combat... Until you need him... Then he gets oneshot and instantly hands off all responsibilities to houdini

So all bad and then one rare good one o.0 I dunno this list dosnt seem right where are the average people? The speed runners the cheesers the ones who do it just to have a good time hmmm I dunno man.

I like to think myself the Good Raider: I've basically been a vet done this week in week out all 3 characters. I let people choose their strats if there more than one. If they die i say oh well we can still win i admit i screw up sometimes but i like to talk and keep things interesting and keep it chill while we are doing our best to drown our sorrows in the fact we aren't getting exotics we want. I like to crack a few jokes or a lame pun. I don't care if you're good or absolutely terrible...okay maybe not too many terrible people. If you don't have Ghorn that's fine no hunters on crota i can fill the part. All in All i just like reaching that goal and have a good time

You forgot the Strict NAT raider who gets disconnected every 5-10 minutes

The YC Giving good strategic ideas. Points out people who are terrible, helps them get gud unless they're unwilling(let them get loot then boot). The jump in front of the giant bullets to save friends guy (always have a res anyway). Relic holder of any raid. Obvious leader/ nooby moments.

I was doing trials with some random, we thought he would be good because he had a flawless emblem. So we lost our first match because of instead of reviving us he "knew what he was doing" and decided to take the whole team on, he then proceeded to kick us, saying that we should just quit the game because we don't even know how to play, he went 3-6
