going to try and get the monte carlos only two spots going to do it none stop psn name 26+ on dust palace

All exotics, even the psn exclusive, are random. You don't need to do dust palace. I got my second monte Carlo from a chest in the vault of glass. My first was from a purple engram what i get from the cryptarch.
