Congratz Bungie. You have removed 100% desire to do queen's wrath
Your removal of ALL shards from dismantling the queen's rewards give me exactly 0 reason to do this event. What a gross overreaction to the situation.
Here is how you should have handled it:
1) remove the level 2 mission from the playlist. I agree, this was way too fast to get shards
2) nerf the shard count to 1 or 2.
Getting 2 shards for a 30 minute mission that is pretty tough is a fair reward for something that is temporary.

Agree. LOL their loss not ours as I see no one playing this after the DLC which many of us paid for with far better shooters forthcoming. Bungie betrayed the fans of Halo same as Microsoft betrayed Xbox fans.

Not necessarily a gripe here, but irony. I got a legendary helmet from Queen's Wrath 2 days ago. I intentionally held off from upgrading any of my current legendary gear in hopes that Xur would have an exotic piece for hunters. Sure enough and he does, and ironically it's a helmet...so playing Queen's Wrath ended up being a waste of effort aside from me getting The Supremacy sniper rifle. I hope that in future events like this they offset the fact you wont be able to shard prizes for Ascendants with more prizes to be won.

Their trying to play catchup with all the moaning and their just making things worse and worse. The only thing they got going for them is that ps4 and xone don't have anything else to play really. Wait till that pre holiday lineup hits, then what are they gonna do? You got major fps and rpg titles as well as a much better rpgfps loot driven game in borderlands the presequel. I hope they don't have glass jaws, cuz their gonna take this one on the chin.

3 RepliesI agree that Bungie removed the desire to do the queen's wrath because of this patch. The Queen in the tower doesn't offer anything that is worth while, and the only incentive to do the missions was to earn the shards. I personally thought that the reason bungie included this into the game was to help players buff their character for the "Even more challenging raid" that they are going to be releasing much later. I still haven't found an exotic armor, so these missions helped me get from level 26 to 27. The only incentive to do these missions now is the slight chance to get a legendary weapon. I don't even think that the shard count should be reduced, but instead don't make it a guaranteed drop every time/don't offer 6 missions a day. Also removing the level 2 mission from the playlist would do wonders. That was the real exploit right there.

4 RepliesI just want to know what bungie is thinking they removed 98% of my interests in queens wrath all I'm interested in at the moment is her arm bond for warlocks but even that makes me think is it worth it I'm already a level one an they want you to get 3000 rep for level to but I'm not earning anything the entire time I'm doing this the helmets are trash the armor is all trash she doesn't give me any guns the missions don't give us rep or stuff to break for shards I don't see a point in this if somebody has any incite on what bungie is planning or what they are thinking I'd love to hear it

Make story line super haaard. So we all dont beat that shyt in a day er two eh? Make storline like queens missions. Make queens missions like strikes on lv28 make strikes like raids and make raids rage quit you. That way mitha frickers keep drilling till success. I mean.. shyt. That storline shouldve began at lv8 with lv10 difficulty. And you began at lv 2. Make you patrol a bit for lv and a bit of crucible before you can even tap into story line. Or. Keep doing you and fail hard. Smh. Fuq the queen.

There's always those other characters that need gear though! But honestly that's the only thing left for me at this point. A lot of us are already past the point of needing that gear. All it really serves to do is provide some "meh" cosmetics. At least we have a few more bounties to choose from for equipment exp and side faction rep for the next while.

You get marks so quickly, by day 3 of the week i now can only do the daily mission and queens bounty, as i am already level 3 rank cryptarch, vangard, and crucible. So now i get legendary gear i dont want, and now can't get materials out of it, which is only reason to play the missions for higher ranked people. Considering it is on epic, it is esstianly a daily mission anyway. So you should atleast get something out of it aside from useless gear like queen rep.

Haha, It's funny because it's true. Before you start saying i was relying on welfare shards etc, i was already level 28 before the queens wrath orders were even released. I've done 2 queens wrath missions and i can guarentee I'm not doing anymore, what a useless piece of content.

5 RepliesAll I want is the queens sniper and ranks. I easily get the ascendant shards I need a day if I want them but on the other hand I never get any good items from anything these days. Not one exotic item I have found. One I just bought and still feel the shame for buying it. [b]This is FANTASTIC! [/b]
