Can someone help me figure this out?
OK, so I recently just seen someone with a New Monarchy hand cannon. The NM vendor doesn't sell a hand cannon, does anyone know how this person got it?

6 RepliesYou can get random faction gear from Engrams, even ones they don't sell, I got the FWC Hand Cannon and i haven't even built up rep with them.

5 RepliesHe probably got it from increasing NM rank. Once you reach rank 3, the faction will reward you with a package just like the cryptarch.
