Not getting public event rewards?
So I haven't gotten a reward for a public event in a while and I can't figure out why I'm not getting them. I have a lvl 25 warlock and I thought it might be an issue with my level, but I've seen a lot of other lvl 25s and over get together to do the same ones I do, so I'm sure. Any ideas?
EDIT:
I know you can only get the reward from the postmaster once per day. But are also supposed to get a reward the moment you complete the event with a gold-tier rating. Source: http://www.destinypedia.com/Public_Event

1 ReplyI have done 5/6 public event's today and whilst it comes up on my screen that everyone else has been awarded an ascendant shard I haven't received a thing :( not even in the post. I got gold tier on all the event's too.

I've done 5 events in the last 2 days, and not received a shard/energy on completion. I'm level 28, got gold rating every time but all I get is marks. My friend also in the fireteam got a shard/energy on every event. I don't get it, I see all the randoms also doing it get rewards except me.

It may be because you're starting the event half way through? I killed a VIP halfway down his health and I didn't get anything, if you are near it when it is activated by either you or another guardian, then you may get the reward.

1 ReplyI have the same issue, I've done a ton of public events and only received the one per day from the postmaster for the last 10 days or so. Yesterday I got screwed even more by getting a strange coin from the postmaster instead of an ascendant shard / energy. It really makes getting materials outside of the raid / dailies on 28 exceptionally hard.

Also not getting any materials from public events. I'll get my first reward from the postmaster but nothing after that while my friends are getting shards. Hopefully this will be addressed soon.

1 ReplySo the wording is that you get XP, glimmer, or sometimes materials instantly. You sure you didn't get money and XP? If you are at the glimmer cap (25k) then you won't get any, but poss you missed the payout?

2 RepliesMust get complete. It will show 3 gold triangle on top right. I have notice that even if you don't beat boss/do the task, it will still say complete, you just won't the 3 gold triangle.
