Two things work really well for me. First make sure your sitting in an upright position. It sounds dumb but you have to be sitting up straight so u can react quickly. Second, use an auto rifle. The are really good for pvp. I'm sure there are other factors, but I don't remember them. If you need any more help or questions please let me know.
