I eat anywhere from four to five thousand. I'm 17 and I burn about two thousand for my workout if that helps explain why. Although I'm sure some exercise junkie here is gonna show us all up with some ridiculous five digit amount.

9 RepliesIn order to trust a computer calorie factor, you need to factor in many things. Have you done the math for calculating your BMI and RMR? Age, BMI, rmr, current weight, and what you eat are just a few factors in calculating an actual calorie burn during your workout

8 Replies1600-1700 for my cut. I haven't stayed true to it and spilled over but whatevs. Also, it sounds like you may be way overestimating the amount you're burning, you should cut down the amount of calories you're taking in while exercising.

Probably about 3000 on average. I've never heard of anyone burning 2000 doing cardio though. Even during cutting.
