So alot of threads are being created now worrying about raids requiring 6 friends. Alot of people dont have 6 friends that game or that schedules will mesh.
My best solution to this is easy. First go find a clan that sounds right for you. (Your not obligated to stay in or even play with those guys) Now in just about any clan you join theres a list of people exchanging ids. You can request people and chances are you will get several request.
Now at any given time your playing your friends list will have upwards of 50 players that are Destiny gamers. You can join them or they can join you in explore, strikes, story whatever. By doing this you will figure out guys you like to play with and by the time raids come around you should have no problem showing up to the fight 6 deep with your A game.
Thank you sorry so long. This is what I have done and have over 60 Destiny friends on my list now.

Edited by Ebola510: 7/31/2014 4:13:21 AMI mean I'm going into the forums and adding people who I do strikes with. When I get geared up I also don't mind helping others too.

2 RepliesEdited by Pengu_Imperialus: 7/30/2014 9:21:36 PMAnd for anyone who has no interest in spending time on a forum? Edit- and I will never join a clan if it requires me to individually add friends on my out of game friends list.

Thank you for informing people who aren't use to mmos how to become active in the community. This is something that console gamers need to learn to do mainly because they never needed to until now.

Thank you for avoiding rumours and instead giving us some great useful advice

Edited by Xtorta: 7/30/2014 8:59:56 PMYou'll also find friends the more you play a game, maybe a random pick up group in a strike that plays well with you. Someone you pvp with or even against have added me and even exploring you come across people who'd invite you to group and later on add as a friend. Very easy to add friends you're looking to play with with a tiny bit of effort.

1 ReplyNot to mention out of all the strike missions you are going to be doing to get ready for raiding, you can't tell me you're not going to run into at least some people you want to play with again.
