Halo 5 (Xbox One) or Halo 2 Anniversary?
What do you guys want this year? Halo 5 (Halo Xbox One) or Halo 2 Anniversary?

Why would I want them to rush halo 5? Taking a year off of development would cause both titanfall levels of lack of content with battlefield's glitchiness. It would be literally unplayable

1 ReplyI believe that Halo 5 will be much better than Halo 4. Yeah I know, Halo 4 was a disappointment. Overall its not a "bad" game, but it did not live up to Bungie's standards. Also Halo 4 was 343i's first game EVER, so they will (hopefully) only get better from here on out. 343i already said that Halo 5 comes out in 2015, so its definitely not coming this year. ;) I really hope they would have a Halo 2 remake with a full multiplayer. That would make me buy an Xbox One right there!

14 RepliesIf Halo 2 Anniversary isn't real, or both it AND Halo 5 fail at multiplayer, that means we won't have a SINGLE classic Halo multiplayer when the 360 servers get cut off. :(

Halo's dead long live the Chief! Halo 4 is, was and forever will be a fail. The death of a great and good series :'( So after the bad crapness that is Halo 4, I will not be buying halo 5. I don't like the new plot direction, or lore, with it's undertones of genetic determinist bullshit. If they are faithful in the re-mastering of halo 2 then perhaps I may get over my serious dislike of 343 long enough to buy a copy of halo 2 Anniversary for old times sake, and in remembrance of the greatness that was Halo.

Halo 2 Anniversary. I don't think I could give less of a shit about Halo 5. And H2A better have the original multiplayer and be on 360, because I don't have the time or money for an Xbox One.

Personally, I would want a Halo 2 Anniversary first. Let Halo 5 be worked on for another year or two and come out of 343 Industries as the high-quality masterpiece that any Halo game should be. It would be relatively easier to remaster a currently-existing work of art. Besides, I never got to enjoy Halo 2 multiplayer, of which I've heard countless stories describing how amazing it was.

They're going to come out when they come out. Which is fine, because I'd want to see H2A forst anyway. I'm just hoping 343'll have someone else working on it, though. I want them to have more time to finish [i]Halo 5[/i].

What the others have said. Halo 2 Anniversary this year, and Halo 5 next year. H2A should help fans to forgive 343 and get Halo back on its feet again, while also allowing a potential Halo 5 beta and more development time.
