Quick question for Halo 2 multiplayer veterans
I was looking at [url=http://nikon.bungie.org/misc/h2respawntimes.html]Weapons Respawn Times in Halo 2 Multiplayer Maps[/url] chart and noticed how short the respawn times are compared to Halo 3 or Halo Reach respawn. Many of the H2 weapon respawn times are mere seconds whereas H3 and Halo Reach are usually > 1 minute.
Halo 3 and Reach weapons respawn after a set time once they have been picked up the player, is this the same case with Halo 2 and Halo CE?

yep, ce and h2 had ridiculously fast weapon respawns. especially viewable on maps like sidewinder where a few passes through the cliffside will give you a stacked shotgun XD

1 ReplyDamn I can't remember that much although I never had the feeling that someone always had a power weapon or there were too many as far as I can remember.

2 RepliesA power weapon wouldn't respawn until you dropped it.

So I'm not 100% on this, but I think they would Respawn after a certain amount of time had passed after being picked up.
