ZOOM on PBS taught me how to make Pizza Bagels and I've been doing that ever since. Take a bagel and cut it open. Put tomato sauce on both halves. Sprinkle, or coat, your choice of cheese on both halves. Then, choose any additional topping. Then, you broil them to perfection, or use a special designed pizza oven. Honestly, the best snack in existence. Is it necessarily healthy? Not really.
