The food is really good. It's not as bad as other fast food places. Best part, they don't support gay marriage. What's not to love?

Heard the food was good.
-
I dont even know what that is.
-
Never had it :|

Chick-Fil-A is the best fast food restaurant (not to mention the only fast food I'll eat) ever. I feel bad for the UK not being able to have them.
Don't really approve of that anti-gay thing though.
-
Chick-fil-a has some amazing lemonade, and is just amazing in general >mfw my town has a duck donuts, cookout, and chick-fil-a all in the same proximity
-
I'm a fan of their spicy chicken sandwich. Don't really care for the rest of their food though.

When I choose to buy a product, I choose it based on its quality and pricing.

However, a consumer avoiding certain lawyers/businesses based on their political views/whatever does not tend to occur unless the business openly boasts about it or otherwise makes it clear that they hold this view. This significantly harms the businesses involved, if such avoidance is widespread. However, it has no major ramifications beyond this point.
I know little about Chick-Fil-A, but what I do know is that they have somehow made it clear that they do not support gay marriage publicly, and/or have openly boasted about it. Que mass boycott/hate. Seemingly good business advice; be politically neutral and don't other wise publicly discuss your views so long as you can avoid doing so. It's not going to bring you any benefit unless you live in an echo chamber. Certainly not a restaurant that is present in more than one area/state.

10 RepliesChick-Fil-A?

I don't :/

9 RepliesBecause tolerating gheys isn't enough. You have to fully 100% support someone else's lifestyle or you are a bad person.
-
Because people are stupid and can't read news articles.
-
Their Former Vice-President of Production didn't support gay marriage, and it was only brought up because he answered honestly when a reporter asked him about his views on the matter. That doesn't reflect the views of the company.

Edited by MoReCoWbELLx2x1: 11/27/2013 5:32:55 AMBecause some people think that not eating at a multi billion dollar company is truly gonna hurt the company when it doesn't. Also, because people think that if they don't agree with them, then they are wrong. Also cause liberals and most politics can be hypocritical at times
-
Because people have spent years buying a product from a Christian business yet all of a sudden stop because they display their Christian beliefs. Love how people like to throw around the term respect but don't show any of it to somebody that doesn't agree with their beliefs

Why I like Chick Fil A: Dat fried chicken.

2 RepliesIsn't that the place that didnt support gays
-
From what I gathered its usually because they're a Christian establishment and are against gay marriage because of it. People dislike them because they hold fundamentally different opinions basically and feel as if they contribute to their cause by eating at their chains.
-
Never heard of em. But I think I've been called a "Chick filler" before. Does that count for anything?
-
1 ReplyEdited by Angel of Verdun: 11/27/2013 4:48:45 AMBecause they named their restaurant Chick fil a
-
The won't let me have a gay day
-
What I love chick Fil a, they got the best fast food chicken there
-
I like their chicken sandwiches, that's it. I haven't ate there in a while though.

11 RepliesEasy. Their CEO holds Christian values and therefore he personally disagrees with gay marriage. In short, his beliefs are hateful because they aren't the same as all the liberals. Becuse he has a differing opinion, they hate his chain of restaurants. But just the fact that he is a Christian is enough for those "Intolerant" and "Hateful" people to discriminate against him. And the best part is that it's totally ok when they do it.

The name sorta sounds gross
