Big hit on pimps, slight to extreme increase in economy because of the many lonely people in America.
-
Pimps should be illegal, but if a chick decides to become a prostitute by self choice then it's fine. I actually thought that it already was this way? Or is it not

3 RepliesA big reason against this is the social degradation that can occur. If one looks at japan and how the yakuza have used debts as a way to gain pornstars and prostitutes to work for them you can see the problem growing. There are side effectsbof each choice, this one has some good while others are bad. Legalizing is a huge beast in itself unlike marijuana. Afterall the fear i have the most is the rise of businesses and corporations for this industry and their micromqnaging that could be heavily detrimental to both health and mental wellness of their workers. Tgis mainly due to business wanting to be for profit organizations.

31 RepliesNo, because if people are selling their bodies left and right to get some quick cash, the degradation of society and morals will grow.

STDs, pandemic and such

I don't see why not.
-
Meh I don't care. Won't really affect me

11 Replies>prostitution is selling your body for money >illegal >pornography is selling your body for money while recording it >legal wat

I don't see why it's not. Prostitutes are the same as porn stars. They both get paid to have sex with random people. Also you can pay people to give you erotic messages and other erotic things. So just like prostitution you're paying someone to give you pleasure. In the end it just comes down to moral shit. Banning it because it's immoral is the same as banning junk food because you're on a diet.

I never understood this. You could just have sex with a woman then "loan" her some money. I think its a dick move of cops to put a fake prostitute on a corner and then arrest people that pick her up

There is nothing wrong with it really. Sure the degradation of society will occur, and morals will go down the shitter, but oh well it doesn't matter - had sex!
-
In Canada there is no crime against prostitution, you get charged for loitering or soliciting.

-
Absolutely, there's no reason it shouldn't be.
-
Yes. Using a system if government approved and inspected brothels is much safer than letting girls be controlled by pimps on the street.
-
1 ReplyThere's no reason not to, safer for the escorts, safer for the customers, takes profit away from organised crime, why not?
-
Yeah, sure. Tax it, ensure clean hoes, be able to better protect them from abuse etc etc Having in as illegal is unethical
-
4 RepliesI think it should be a government job
-
I've never understood why it isn't. If people want to do it, let them.
-
It is legal in the state of Nevada.
-
We should tax prostitutes.
