Basically a bench mark of how well the systems GPU performed whilst playing games.

1 ReplySoo uhh, when are you going to post something legitimate? Because not only is that graph hilariously wrong, but the source isn't even credible. It originates from a user blog on IGN and was created by a known PS4 fanboy.
-
I hope you know that you are wasting your time.
-
4 RepliesI am a ps4 fanboy and I think you are -blam!-ing retarded. First off you are comparing the Xbox one and ps4 to EQUIVALENT hardware which is stupid on your part also the ps4 and xbox one use the exact same AMD Jaguar APU so the only thing that is going to make a difference is pretty much the kind of ram they use.
-
Sweet Jesus have mercy! A 7850 CANNOT run Skyrim at max with over 100 fps....... This is by far. The most hilarious poet I have seen on Bungie.net.
-
5 Repliesam i supposed to believe that the ps4 can play on 2376 frames per second? just because there is a graph floating on the internet doesn't make it true. what would really convince me is labcoats.
-
1 ReplyEdited by brandorobot: 9/9/2013 5:38:30 PMBasically this is a benchmark graph with GPU's that compare slightly with those being currently used in the Xbox One and PS4. In short, it means absolutely nothing. Edit: Also the 7770 is not the XB1 equivalent. The equivalent to the two would be more like 7850 and 7870.
-
These cards are only equivalent and are no where near the speed of the final product for both consoles. You see, those were just normal video cards, a console has the no cards but one big chip set which makes a console go for more bang for your buck. Those cards could possibly be overclocked wrong so this information is invalid. Not saying that its not somewhat true, but totally guess work and no one will know which console outperforms the other until we have them side by side for a real benchmarking.
-
Notice how it says "equivalent" ? Yeah, the GPUs in the consoles are custom GPUs, so this graph is invalid. Good job OP.
-
I've gotta give it to you OP. This is -blam!-ing hilarious. Comparing "equivalent" pieces of hardware that aren't even really close to what is going to be in each console. If you really want to believe that the PS 4 can run at 2300+ fps... well, I haven't laughed that hard in quite a while. Thank you for that.

21 RepliesEdited by Winters Darkseid: 9/8/2013 5:06:17 AMI like how it says Xbone on the top. Also, that's nice and dandy, but Sony really needs to pour a lot more resources into Gaikai. It needs to rival the Cloud system microsoft has, and right now, Microsoft has spent far more on the cloud than Sony. About 10 Billion dollars of spending by Microsoft, and only 380 Million for Gaikai by Sony. I personally think the cloud will be a game changer, and I hope Sony catches on. And yes, this is relevant as it means that as the consoles life cycle continues, the system grows ever so powerful.

18 RepliesWho has the server lists, again?
-
Actually the reason the Xbox gpu isn't that hot is because it gives a -blam!- about speed
-
The gpu speed for the ps4 is like 1.86 while the Xbox ones is only 1.42, so I'm really not that surprised.
-
1 ReplyOh that's cool, using non-custom GPUs and CPUs to run benchmarks based on... what, exactly? From both a PS4 and Xbox One perspective, that image is hilariously false and you should feel a right twat for posting it.
-
The maturity is low in this one.
-
1 ReplyBesides the fact that this is a horrible misrepresentation of information, you are essentially implying that games are only as good as their graphics. Now, I don't know if you've played minecraft of not, but its really -blam!-ing good. Last time I checked, the visuals aren't top Notch (cwatIdidther). Lets be honest, the PS3 had some really really good visuals and for a long time it was clearly better than the Xbox 360 in that area, but it didn't stop me or millions of others from preferring the Xbox 360.
-
None of those numbers mean anything to me. Until I see a real difference with my own 2 eyes then this means nothing.

1 ReplyBUT WHAT ABOUT MY CLOUD TRANSISTORS
-
14 RepliesGood! Great! Oh joy! Sony fans rejoice!! I'll take my cloud processing, dedicated servers, and Smart March system with some multitasking OS thanks. #XboxOne
-
0 / 10. Not good enough. Try again. This time, using confirmed factual information.
-
Good for PS4. I simply want my Xbox One and its games. #Idontcare
-
You lie! Damn you demon!
-
This has been gone over countless time. You can't just benchmark a PC GPU "equivalent", look at raw numbers, and then draw a subjective conclusion. That's not how things work, sorry.
-
I'm not even getting either console and I can tell you already that the picture is skewed.
-
Guys, Sony built the ps4 GAMING only basically. The xboxone is more entertainment based. It'll still run games pretty good, but thats not what Microsoft wanted it's primary use to be. So if your looking for a console to go gamer on, then get the Ps4

Edited by sims3k: 9/8/2013 5:20:06 AMThat chart means nothing. You should change the title of the thread to "Radeon 7770 vs Radeon 7850 benchmark on PC". The structure of the next gen consoles cant be directly compared to pc specs the way that chart does
