6 RepliesThe news just keeps getting worse and worse... I swear, some of the fans of Superman on Bnet could do a better job with MoS2.
Get rid of Batman all together. Make it strictly superman. At least for this film.

Did Christopher Nolan quit?

Speculations are rife

The rumors started circulating

the report said

another publication...agreed that it was very odd
Yeah, this article says nothing. It's an obvious grab at cheap hits. Producers, such as Nolan, are ultimately in charge of every casting decision made for the movie. It makes no sense for a producer to quit over a decision that he could have overriden.

I'm looking forward to seeing Affleck as Batman. I despise Bale's Bat-voice.

2 RepliesEdited by Master Chief: 8/27/2013 1:27:56 PMDirect quote from Christopher Nolan. This is legit, guys: "As much as I would love to be paid millions to slap my name on a project that I have next to no involvement in, I simply cannot stand to do it. The casting of Ben Affleck is the most horrific tragedy the world has seen since Miley Cyrus first attempted to twerk. I intend to sever all ties with Warner Brothers and may even give up filmmaking altogether. I had hoped that Warner Brothers would recognize what I did with the Batman franchise and attempt to carry on in that vein, but they clearly are far more interested in making Daredevil in a black cape. The hell with everything. I just want to watch the world burn."

12 RepliesNolan has forgotten his own saying.... "It's not who you are underneath, but what you DO that defines you." Give Affleck as Batman a chance people.

"More recently, Nolan offered Affleck the chance to direct Man of Steel. Affleck declined, seemingly because of a desire not to return to the world of capes -- despite being an avowed comic book fan." Nope. I just hope Nolan still somehow has a stake in this though.

And nothing of value was lost.

Waiting for confirmation.
