what if the soundtrack to the game was your own...like you go on to settings and say hey i want to play to some rap and bammmm rap music starts playing and theres your soundtrack

There should be a radio in your suit like in Fallout 3, except that it plays songs out of your playlists on the console, and when you deactivate it, it plays the original game score, which is doubtlessly going to be excellent.

3 RepliesYou dare deny Marty in his game?

I know what mine would be... bow chicka bow wow...

I personally prefer it to be "off the hook" instead of "of the chain", but alas, I do understand what you are attempting to convey my good sir.

20 RepliesEdited by iGraviton: 6/5/2013 1:03:18 AMWho still says, "off the chain?"

It would be off the chain if people started saying "off the chain" again.. a lot.

Edited by The Dark Hadou: 6/6/2013 3:41:38 PMNo, it'd be rubbish. Regardless of how awesome my taste in music is, I prefer music that is written specifically to fit what I'm doing in a video game rather than some random track I enjoy listening to when not playing video games.

Lol just get an I pod or an MP3 player or something that plays music? Why make them add a whole new thing into there game and get rid of Marty's job?
-
Why was it chained in the first place? Don't you realize that forced imprisonment is illegal, OP? Free whatever "It" is! Stop the tyranny of "It"!!!! I gotta go, there's some bumper stickers I need to get printed...
-
Pretty sure this can already be done, my those modern times we live in. I think I will stick to the sound of the game as Bungie intended it to be. If I get tired of that I can always turn it down a bit and pop an audiobook on.

1 ReplyThere are some games where all I want to do is mute the in-game music and play some of my own tunes, but I don't think Destiny will fit that criteria. Interestingly, this reminds me of a feature in Saint Row 1 where the in-game radios would play music saved on your hardrrive. While it wouldn't suit Destiny, I don't understand why it isn't put in more games.

No I prefer Marty.
-
No. It would be very much on the chain.
-
1 ReplyNo I want to appreciate freakin McCartney and Martin I donnell
-
Yes indeed, that would be "off the chain" But you do know you can just listen to any music you want instead of the game right?
-
Rap music and sci fi just don't mix. Leave that to GTA.

Stay classy enios
