You all are strange...
Back in Bungie.old (you remember.... the good site?) I posted everyday, forged bonds, and tried to become a known member of the community. After this update -_- *insert pointless banter on how the old was better, dont fix what isn't broken etc.* I hardly come here anymore but I post one thread and it gets tons of replies when I put no effort in.
TL;DR: Never got attention when I wanted it, getting it when I don't care. Yes I need to get out more.
And I just noticed this followers thing... How many do I need to be cool? Follow me?

Comment counts may be up, but the quality posts still rise to the top. I think it's because bnet is more like a normal forum now, but the oldies are still the sleeping giant, even though we lost many during the change.

5 RepliesIt's much easier to say things that don't matter now, for whatever that's worth. Back in Bungie.old, it was semidifficult to post, so it weeded people out just a tad. Now even that was removed.

Maybe you got lucky with the thread? Maybe your thread making abilities have increased with time? Who knows? Also, follower count doesn't really mean much, much like how titles were (And hopefully will be again.). You get used to this place after a while. They've certainly made a lot of improvements since the original beta for .Next. I mean, we didn't even have multiple forums or the "Go Dark" feature. Now look at this place. Notifications are great as well. DeeJ said we'd get something to acknowledge our time here, and it was pretty strongly hinted part of it would be titles. It's gotten better with time. Now if they could just fix Private Groups... :/
