Skyrim for me. Yes it's buggy but I don't mind. I just grab another cup of coffee and move on :-)
-
I'm not a very RPG-ish guy, but Mass Effect.

3 RepliesIf you want a good RPG (and a good challenge) go with Dark Souls.
-
1 ReplyTry Fallout 3 or New Vegas.
-
Call of Duty.
-
The only ones I like are made by Bethesda. Otherwise, I buy them on other consoles/PC.
-
The Witcher 2 Assassins of Kings.
-
Forza.

3 RepliesWhat's a xobx 360? Recooon!?!?! What did you do?
-
Thread needs more dark souls
-
1 ReplyDon't bother with Skyrim. It's a bug ridden action-adventure game.

4 Repliesskyrim is also my favorite and im taking a break from it right now and playing the witcher 2, I think youd really like it n its cheap now days..def worth checkin out
-
The Last Remnant's good if you liked Lost Odyssey. Enchanted Arms and FF XIII are pretty good JRPGs too, I wouldn't recommend Blue Dragon to anybody though. The Witcher 2 and Dark Souls are also excellent RPGs. Especially Dark Souls.
-
Last Remnant is good

1 ReplySkyrim is my favourite RPG ever. Oblivion isn't bad, either. I don't play a lot of RPGs. I did try Dark Souls. It's overrated. Not because I'm overly butthurt at how hard it is, more that even the UI, something that should be relatively easy to understand, is a labyrinthine mess, on top of the rest of the presentation.
-
I've never played Lost Odyssey before, but I heard Kingdoms of Amalur is pretty good.
-
Mass Effect, Fallout, Elder Scrolls.
-
Edited by Rotten Tanuki: 4/18/2013 4:53:33 PMLocalized JRPGs are a rarity on the 360. Eternal Sonata and Tales of Vesperia are good but they're not exactly like the tone of Lost Odyssey.

About the best RPG currently on the market for any system is The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim. Also try The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion, it's very good as well. No other series of games really gives you the freedom to go where you want, when you want, or be who you want to be (basically, pure freedom), does it better than The Elder Scrolls series.
-
borderlands imo.

Edited by Player3Th0mas: 4/18/2013 4:53:38 PMI wanted to inb4aflyladysaysskyrim. But, yes, she's right. Or Borderlands 2. Yes, buy borderlands 2.
-
I have no idea what the Lost Odyssey is, but I'm thoroughly enjoying Skyrim.
-
2 RepliesIf you don't like Dragon Age: Origins and The WItcher 2 you're an evil monster who deserves to only ever play Tetris again
-
They're not on xbox360, but Shining Force 1 and 2 were fantastic classics. I usually don't play JRPG's on my console :/
-
4 RepliesOther JRPG's off the top of my head? Infinite Undiscovery The Last Remnant Final Fantasy 13 if you can stomach the linear first part of it. Blue Dragon Enchanted Arms For WRPGs go look at Methew's post.

Skyrim, Mass Effect, Fallout, and Dark Souls if you are into dying, a lot.
