Feedback: I don't mind change, but this is just awful
I've been away from the forums for a little while now, browsing Reddit and studying. I checked back on the forums today to check some things and got a bad surprise. I'm not going to write an essay, so I'll put it simply.
I think that first of all, the hashtags cluttering this site combined with the bright white backgrounds give the look and feel of twitter and although this isn't necessarily bad, it's just not Bungie. Secondly, the older layout looked more professional and tidier - the different forum categories separated certain content (i.e Bungie Community from Bungie Universe). I could go on but I'd rather leave, Bungie.net is no longer for me.

There's very little discussion. At least, that's how it feels. This is just really off-putting and as a result, my activity has severely dropped, even in groups. If nothing else changes, I probably will not be on this site again once summer rolls around.

I've not been on the forums in ages either, but the change looks decent i suppose, I don't mind it. It could always be worse! :P

2 RepliesThese forums should still be more forumy. And the mute option only discourages discussion. It is ok for bigger websites but this website isn't big enough for the mute button.

Well the forums still exist....... they have their own categories in the top left nav. As for the white background..... you can change it to dark grey in your preferences. And then there's that word [i]BETA[/i].
