Hey there, the forum is unable to assist with ban appeals, that can only be done by the ban appeal form which you can find here -> https://help.bungie.net/hc/en-us/articles/360049024492-Contact-Form-Appeal-Ban-or-Restriction If you've already appealed, that's all you can do. There is no guarantee of a response, Bungie will only respond if they intend to overturn the ban or require further information. If 4-6 weeks go by without either of the above happening, then the appeal has been denied. Bungie are leaving the tickets open, I believe, to catch repeat appeals which are not allowed.
