Howdy, I recieved an acceptance email to participate in the Dec. 12th Marathon Playtest 4. Upon clicking the links in the email it gave me discord access to the Playtest specific channels. However, the link to the game codes section on Bungie.net didn't populate a code. Fast forward to the start of the Playtest and developer Andy stated this: "We discovered a bug that accidentally sent some players a selection email for the December Playtest who were ineligible due to previous game restrictions. These players never had access to the playtest. We apologize for the confusion." My access was promptly removed and after inquiring through DMs and mentions on what was going on, I've been so far ignored. What does "previous game restrictions" mean in relation to myself? I've never been banned, muted, or timed out from a Bungie game. I actively play Destiny 2 to this day. (Literally was playing it when I was booted from the playtest specific channels) I would appreciate some direct communication on why I'm flagged so I don't waste time with the playtests in future as I left work early to play it.
