Why is it taking almost a full clip to stun anti-barriers with a hand cannon?
Sometimes, it doesn’t even stun them at all before they drop their shield again.
I had to check just to make sure I had it selected in the artifact.
It’s taking way too long to stun.

We can imagine how this would cause concern. If you continue to experience this, then please consider using your platform's share feature to record a videoclip of what's happening. If you record a clip, you can upload it to a site like Youtube, and share the link here. We'll then investigate this further.
