Platform: PlayStation 5 ⸻ Issue Description: After the latest updates (around patch 9.1.5.1 and this week’s reset), every Quickplay activity — both Solo Ops and Fireteam Ops — ends with a Grade C, no matter how well the activity is completed. Even with high Power gear (450+), fast completion times, high kill counts, and no deaths, the grade never improves. It appears that all Quickplay playlists are currently capped at 300 Power / Light Level, which is far below the player’s actual Power. This scaling issue may be the reason why score multipliers are broken or too low to achieve higher ranks. Only the Normal difficulty playlist is available this week, which may be contributing to the scoring bug and missing bonuses (e.g., Bonus Focus / Bonus Drops). ⸻ Steps to Reproduce: 1. Enter Quickplay (Solo Ops or Fireteam Ops). 2. Notice that only the Normal difficulty playlist is available. 3. Observe that in-game Power is fixed at 300, even with much higher equipped gear. 4. Complete the mission quickly, killing many enemies and avoiding deaths. 5. End of mission always results in Grade C. ⸻ Expected Result: Grades (A or B) should reflect performance — faster completion, higher kill count, and no deaths should yield higher ranks and allow Bonus Focus / Bonus Drop rewards. ⸻ Actual Result: • Power level is locked to 300 in all Quickplay playlists. • Grade is always C, regardless of performance. • Bonus Focus and Bonus Drops are unobtainable. ⸻ Additional Notes: • Power Level: 450+ • Gear Used: Any build (no modifiers available) • Only one Quickplay playlist appears (“Normal”), possibly due to removal of Advanced / Expert / Master tiers. • Issue began after weekly reset following update 9.1.5.1. • Other players are reporting the same Power clamp and scoring bug.
