Players Not Taking Damaga in PvP
I just want to know. Are those cheaters, do they have a very good ping to Bungie servers or do they get lag compensation?

yeah it's cuz of lag/latency you think you are hitting someone dead on but you're really missing them

There are still many cheaters that have gone undetected for whatever reason. I’d say 30% of active players are cheating in one way or the other.
