I'm one of those who's encountered the [url=http://www.bungie.net]Tapir[/url] error. I can't connect to the servers. I've been unable to play for four days now. After browsing the forums, I saw many similar cases. It's a shame the official replies are so lacking in detail. There's no transparency, which only exacerbates the situation and fuels player discontent. I wouldn't expect a response that's any different from other cases. However, I still wish you success in resolving both the in-game issue and the community's concerns. P.S. It would be a good idea if you could provide compensation to the affected players.
