Titan Strand 200/200 Melee Ability Cooldown now at 1:07 was at 0:53???
As i was reading through UPDATE 9.1.0, nothing was mention about melee ability cooldown timer for Titan Strand being increased from 0:53 to 1:07 at enhanced benefit 200/200
this is a significant loss of power that wasn’t mention in this new update. The platform i’m currently using is PSN.
