concecrated mind spawn animation refusing to play
currently within garden of salvation there is a bug that makes the concecrated mind spawn in instantly allowing them to drop a voltaic overflow much faster, causing the ending area in encounter one much harder.
nothing is needed to cause this, this is happening simply by playing the raid
