Meet the score criteria, beat the time limit, get one tier 2 reward.
This is the state of activities for me at level 355 light. I enter a portal activity that says "yeeeees come on in, you get a completion reward plus 3 bonus drops!" No you don't. Under some activities it says a 'chance' but under this activity it didn't, it just says its a drop. It's a load of crap. Why should anyone expect to get just one underlevelled drop from that work and effort? It's an absolute rip.

The only time an extra drop is a chance is if it’s the featured/focus bonus, which is only guaranteed on your first clear of that day.. Your bonus drops are always guaranteed when you have them for an activity.
