Caldera Soft Lock - Fallen Variant - Solo Ops
When entering the boss arena the Right Hand boss ran off of the cliff and disappeared. They did not teleport back in or respawn.
The Left Hand boss was left in a shielded immune state. The instance was unable to progress as a result.

Ive noticed one mission will be super easy and the next i can barely do any damage. Only thing that changed was power lvl bumped up.
