Unable to Access "Morphology" mission on 2nd Character
Decided to do a few more campaign missions on my 2nd character. I'm at step 5 of 7 on the "Outer Steppes Strangelet" quest & step 19 of 31 on "The Edge of Fate" quest. Upon arriving in "The Stacks" area of the Outer Steppes, I find that in order to access the mission where you obtain mattermorph for the first time you need... mattermorph. What is going on ?
