Spire of the Watcher second encounter boss
I ran spire of the watcher a couple nights ago and when starting damage phase after breaking the bosses eye he would stay completely still not moving down the walkway like it should back to middle causing my fireteam to get wiped. (also dying can cause sprint bug where you sprint at walking speeds)
