Lost access to my Prismatic class
i can view and check my prismatic class on the app but not in game

4 RepliesPrismatic requires ownership of The Final Shape. The free access event ended on the 22nd and you can now only access it if you own the expansion. If you own The Final Shape expansion on your platform then try [url=https://help.bungie.net/hc/en-us/articles/360049196071-Accessing-and-Restoring-Licenses-to-Destiny-Content]restoring licenses[/url], if that doesn't fix it then you'll need to contact your platforms support team.

Unfortunately, if that doesn't work, Bungie has no control over the licenses, so you will have to work with the store's support team to have them verify your purchase and restore any licenses as needed.
