Raid for most of the community are closed, cause it was too hard. Cause you need to find group. Have good communication and skill (not much, but need still). Now you need even more (much more) skill.
It wouldn't be a problem for me, but I like play casually with friends sometimes. And now it is not casual at all.
And dungeons... did you forget that it needs to be cleared solo? With this I have a problem, cause I am good, but not pro. Some dungeons like Vesper's Host is super hard do solo even when mobs are not red. Now they are. Good luck to all players that decided to finally try solo.
Game was perfectly fine with difficulty. Only some things like patrols was too easy. But you solved this problem too with Kepler. Why you've decided to do opposite with raids and dungeons?

With old raids? You do less damage. Its still stupid don't get me wrong. New ones? Yeah, I think I will pass, was excited for day 1 contest since its been 4 years since I seriously participated (or was it 6? DSC was my first actual try). Only to go back to scrota because slowly the dps check horror stories started rolling in. Final boss has people farming stacks with new land for 30 minutes to do 9 damage phases
