Spirit of the Coyote not working?
I have the relativism cloak on my hunter with spirit of the dragon and spirit of the coyote. I am not being granted a second class ability charge no matter where I go. I've played and iron banner match with it, done a strike, and gone into patrol. No second class ability charge anywhere. Ive tried swapping it on and off a few times and nothing seems to work.

If you're still experiencing this issue, then please consider recording a video which demonstrates what's happening.
