Unable to claim free weapons from Rite of the 9 chest
Hello, I was wondering if anyone was having the same issue as my friend, he attempted to claim the free weapons as stated in the TWID from 04/17/2025. I was able to claim 4 of the weapons w/o issue however, he was unable to claim any of them. Him and I have the same amount of playtime this season & we generally do 95% of all activities together. I'm not sure what i did differently to get my weapons while he was unable to claim his.
If anyone has insight on to what caused this situation please let me know.

At first the two quests wouldn’t complete due to the final boss completion bug. I went in on my checkpoint after Bungie patched it and I completed the two quests. I do not remember if I got rewards from the two chests in final boss room. However I went back to realm of the nine and went up the light elevator and got fully masterworked double perk GL out of that chest up on the platform but the power level was zero.
