Crimson Rocket sparrow causes my Xbox One X to be shut down.

When I tried to preview the Crimson Rocket sparrow to see its 'exhaust' stream (the back-end that fires up), it causes my Xbox One X to be shut down. I started up and it stated that there's issue with the ventilations on my Xbox One X (it's clean, btw). I tried to preview this same sparrow and it once again shut off my Xbox! I started up my Xbox One X again and tried to preview another sparrow aside from Crimson Rocket and there's no issue. So, I decided to avoid previewing the Crimson Rocket sparrow like a plague. Has anyone owning the Xbox One (or any versions of Xbox One) experienced this problem or is it just my Xbox One X? (I'm not talking about Xbox Series version!)

 • Hi there, Thanks for reaching out. Could you please try the potential solutions below and see if they help with the issue? 1) Uninstall Destiny 2 from your console and reinstall it. 2) Clear the console's cache. 3) If both of the above fail, you may need to perform a factory reset of your Xbox in order to rule out the possibility of a software issue. (Note there is an option to perform a reset but retain your games and apps.) 4) If none of the above helps, the issue may be hardware-related, where the console indeed cannot cool itself properly, requiring that you address this issue yourself get it repaired.
