Can you please provide screenshots of your Linked Accounts section of your Settings on Bungie.net for both accounts? You can locate this by clicking on your profile picture in the upper right, then click on Settings. Then click on Accounts and Linking. Please upload any pictures you wish to provide to a public source, such as IMGUR. Thanks!
