Can't transmog Noble constant type 2
Armor set doesn't appear in the list to unlock in transmog menu.

Bungie didn't include that specific set due to them instead including the Brave set which is basically an identical copy. You'll see other examples of that like them not including the Notorious or Outlawed Gambit Prime set, and some of the Prestige Leviathan armor pieces.
