I entered competitive for the first time on Monday Feb 24. Played my 7 placement matches and was placed into Gold III. I went back to Shaxx and was unable to focus any of the competitive weapons. I picked up the competitive quest on his next page. Played one more competitive match and finished the quest to receive a Rose hand cannon. At that point I focused 3 or 4 of the Riposte auto rifles. After reset on Tuesday I am back to being unable to focus any of the competitive weapons - the notification is that I need to do my placement matches. I went into competitive and played my 3 matches to receive an Estoc. I went back to Shaxx and I am still unable to focus Competitive weapons with the same notification that I need to do the placement matches.
