I care but I don't care about what perks are on a weapon if it shoots it's good enough for me It don't matter to me, there are times I'll chase a roll on a weapon but the lack of loot shows because it the same loot, but each twab that drops it's about builds, or tuning pvp or pve around builds it sounds like what marathon will be just no pve. Tuning the sandbox around builds and perks have ruined destiny you can say all you want but builds have ruined destiny, at the time builds did help destiny but builds have become worse in time and it's now I got no problem with builds but there is no balance at all.
