It has been weeks since the launch of the new season and some of still cannot play the quests we paid for. How is this going to be fixed?? We can not finish our seasonal quests, we can not get any of the drops associated with the tonics, we can not level our guardian rank and so on. Literally game breaking bug and it seems like nothing is being done about it or even an option to refund or compensate those of us that have paid for something we can not use. Bungie has got to do better. There is no excuse for this. How many of you are affected by this bug?

This is appalling. I get games having bugs and I get that these so called "developers" might need time to fix them, but FFS how long will this go on? Absolutely ridiculous that they can't/won't fix this issue. I mean, it's not like you paid actual money for this non existent content. Do better Bungo!!

Eververse is working fine, however. Important things have to be focused on first, realistically. And income is of much greater importance than players having fun, enjoying their time, feeling valued/time appreciated.... And this is why player numbers have tanked. It took a shockingly long amount of time to happen honestly.

Same on my Warlock. I was able to work around using my other characters, but for people with only one, this issue is one of the most unacceptable ones I can remember. To make it worse, now it's theorized that they don't even do what they say they do. (The tonics) I really only craft them for the triumph points, so I don't have any personal data on that subject.

I am a warlock main and have been locked out of the new content because I can’t advance the quest. No tomb of elders available unless I want to use my Titan. Makes me very frustrated.

8 weeks and dozens of threads about this issue. It was in a patch note as 'fixed' but it wasn't. Bungie have said they are aware of the issue but......... nothing. They can nerf an exotic hours after a damage test goes online but fix something we have PAID for? nope

I have the issue on my main character. At this point, it looks like they are just going to completely ignore it until the next season starts. I mean, it's been 2 months!? You would think that a game breaking bug, which makes it impossible to progress your main character, would be a high priority. It's been on their list of known issues for weeks, and they even said that they fixed it a few back. Just unbelievable.
