Perks are still weighted
Still can't get rolls to drop. For instance the braytech hasn't dropped with subsistence and kinetic tremors. Probably seen ten drops another 6 focus and no combo

Just means you are unlucky. You aren’t guaranteed to get the rolls you want just because perk weighting is gone.
