So I had a lot of echos engrams, and I needed better gear on my hunter so I went to the helm to focus them and failsafe is just... gone. Maybe she went on vacation? Idk I've closed and re-opened the game and it'll still only let me do the corrupted data mode, and even after that failsafe is still missing. I can still access failsafe on Titan and warlock though. The only thing that I think could've bugged it out is that I used the choir of one on hunter and that messed with something?
