Name Change Token
Were new name change tokens given out? If so, I did not receive one and am stuck with this generic name.

Hi! Thanks for reaching out. Name change tokens have been issued, but we are investigating reports from players who are still unable to change their names back.

They've already been issued, there wasn't a notification sent to players saying they had been given one. If on the name change page, while selecting a new name it says 'you can only change your name once' then you have a token.
