Sudden rise of error codes CABBAGE and CURRANT

It's been happening to me all week, as others have posted on this forum.     You don't happen to be in one of the Nordic countries? It seems to be happening to a lot of us up here. For me it's currently unplayable because I can't finish an activity without something going wrong (content not loading, blackscreen or one of the mentioned two errors). It all started after Tuesdays patch. I think someone somewhere messed up the regional settings. I used to be 100 % certain that it was Bungie's fault - due to how it started after Tuesday - but I've seen some posts here on the site that suggests that it might be the ISP. I've tried to find some elaboration on this online but cant find anything that points toward it being the ISP. Also, one would think that gamers in other games would expereince a lot of the same issues too but I havent found anything on that either on the big forums in Sweden. Nor is it affecting other stuff. If it was a big DNS debacle - which has happened in the past - we wouldnt be able to go on various sites and would have to use Google's DNS as a short term solution.
