Unlink steam account
Hi, I´m trying to link a Steam account to my profile because I´ve been playing since 2019 and want to use my characters from PS, however whenever I try to get my steam account linked an error shows up. I think that in the past I linked a different account, but I don´t have access to it anymore, is there any way for you to help me out and change that information on my profile? I just payed for the dlcs on steam and don´t want to lose that money.

1 ReplyHi there! In order to unlink any account from any Bungie.net profile or to manipulate Cross Save, you must be able to authenticate all accounts. Bungie cannot remove any account from any profile for any reason, as this would be considered unauthorized. If you are unable to authenticate the account, or if you forgot the login information to this account, please reach out to Steam Support for further assistance in retrieving the account.
