The mission is purposely designed so you have to run out of cover to get a buff every 40 secs so you don't die ,out of cover I might add into a bunch of enemies that can 1 shot you suspend you and freeze you round corners that's all if the witness isnt prepping an attack at the same time.
I have solod every campaign but this last boss fight is really badly designed
Edit thanks for the tips guardians il prob try them out when I decide to next play ,il give it 1 more more day to try when i get bk home since rioters and services are blocking of some of the streets off to work today the bunch of idiots🤣 then taking a few months off again since the latest twib 2 or 3 titans out of like 500 to 600 guardians able to do the latest raid race and all bungie did was nerf the only 2 classes that was able to do the raid race lol to the same lame level as the titan class that couldn't do the raid ,then they give titans the most useless buffs possible, when bungie are fully aware of low player count and un happy customers they give more bad news 😆
Edit does anyone else get spam dms from dark moon wolf 666 lmao or is it just me lol
Also yes I'm aware alot of you that say it was easy because you prob used hunter stayed invis with goldy or camped in well with warlock which I have no problem with just be honest lol I'm using titan and haven't unlocked the full prismatic Arsenal which I would have to do it on normal .
Also what is the playercount for solo completions for titan on legend campaign before unlocking prismatic fully? Since titans have a 18% usage rate atm I'm guessing solo numbers will be something like 5 to 10% max?
Uninstalled guardians just going to watch the ending on yt after work tomorrow lol

I did it really easily by myself,it’s harder with teammates.

2 RepliesEdited by Guardian, Archon Of Light: 8/6/2024 6:35:06 AMEasiest legendary boss fight ever You had to fight Calus in a bubble, with tormentors and a aoe attack by calus, I gave in and cheesed the mofo Savathun had about 100 phases, and in the final form she controlled your dps distance, and supers that could 1 shot you from a hundred miles away behind cover But the witness, mildly annoying untull you just got into a pattern of fighting and planning your next darkness node to shoot and repeat, and the game eventually gives you a break and let's you walk forward with a relic untill the cutscene procs Frustrating to carry through because of the revive timer, but solo it was a breeze

3 RepliesAgree, the random pulls are instant death… so annoying

It's a challenge I agree. But it's a welcome challenge.

If you don't have one already, try and get a Disorienting and Autoloading Grenade Launcher like Pardon Our Dust from Dares of Eternity or Truthteller from world drops, even Wildstyle has it with Reconstruction instead of Autoloading. It doesn't even really matter that much for the final perk, as you aren't going to be doing much damage except on direct impact, though Disruption Break is pretty nice if they have matching shields. I believe I was using Revision Zero and Empty Vessel (Older Vanguard Solar Grenade Launcher, probably still focusable) with a Machine Gun for my Legendary clear on all those encounters while also being fairly intoxicated the night before the Raid dropped. The Autoloading perk with Disorienting is insanely strong for survivability, the adds simply can't shoot you if they are blind.

Bring a mate along. Both use the new support-frame auto rifle with the restoration perk, it works. You heal yourself from healing your friend, and vice versa. Most supers can tank the witness attacks (Song of Flame as an example). After the auto, use a sub-DPS kinetic weapon. Anything like witherhoard, or even a primary DPS like malfeasance works perfectly. As for your power weapon, up to you. I’d go for a machine gun or a linear, but it’s entirely up to you. You can camp in the side-rooms where you get the relics, please do keep that in mind. The buff refreshes faster than your buff runs out, I believe. Play it slow, you only need to do it for two rounds, then you get checkpoint.

This was on hunter and warlock So the way I do it, is: Primary rocket sidearm Sniper Stormchaser (I understand that there are probably better weapons, but these were the weapons I was comfortable using whilst under fire) I’d go in and instantly pop my super (tether for hunter, nova for warlock) and then instantly throw grenades) Hide Clear out ads, then chip away at boss Hit the orb up, go into the room, get the relic, then spam light attack to get to middle of the stairs. Jump and pop the relic and instantly shield. Wait for the debris to go Then instantly go toward the left. Hide If super was back, chuck it in again, if not, clear ads with sidearm Tick away at the boss That’s the first boss Second boss, what I’d do is instantly hit up the first orb I see and would go to the right room This right room is the one on your right when you first enter the arena. So when you come out of the statue room, you’re heading left… but it’s the right room….lol, I know, it’s odd, but there we go In that room there is an orb in the corner, and there is an orb behind the gate, but the area surrounding the orb actually comes into the room, so when your timer runs out, you can hug that gate and shoot and reset your timer, by the time that timer runs out, that first orb has respawned. Fight in that room, near that first orb (in that room) It covers you from boss attacks and the boss won’t walk up the stairs. Do that for first phase, Then when you get the relic, there is an orb directly in front of the steps you’re guarding the relic on, just leave it. Once the debris settles, you can hit up that orb and Forrest Gump it straight back into that right room (which is actually on your right now lol) Not sure if that made sense, or was a bunch a gibberish, but that was my solo way of doing it. Hope it helped

Ironically necrotic with thorn made that entire campaign easy mode

4 RepliesEdited by KEITH_LEGEND-82: 8/6/2024 9:39:40 AMI struggled with that too, until I started making use of the side rooms.... you can rotate between 2 areas to shoot the cleanse things from relative safety. My plan was to dps the first mini boss as quickly as possible... hopefully an instant 50% damage. Then struggle on through the next 50% after the shield section; this can be played safely, but watch out for the stasis crystals. By the time this is done, and you've done the first sword section then your super will be back and full heavy etc... spawn kill (well 50%) the next mini boss (from the right side) and get the next shield... take care to shoot the cleanse in the centre before using shield!! Then it's just a case of playing safe in the right room until the 2nd mini boss is dead! Grab sword and finish the encounter... the final bit is pretty simple, just play normally/safely and it's no issue. Imo calus was harder, but I struggled with his 2nd phase!

11 RepliesThis happens every expansion, just get good and use a machine gun or something, it’s not a bard fight.

I found it easier than Calus

Kill the small ads first before you focus on subjugator; use a build or weapon that has sustain…

I found it difficult at first, kept wiping at the shield hold section because I was too far forward and not directly on top of the fissure. Once I realized my issue, it wasnt too bad honestly. Clear adds immediately... I nova all of the center adds and get boss damage on spawn in. Then work the adds around the outside. Then go back to boss damage. When doing the campaign, I ran voidwalker since prismatic wasnt unlocked and I felt too restricted. Now, a getaway artist build could make it easier. Clearing the adds in the inside circle is honestly the most important part of the fight, those are the ones that will throw stasis and strand abilities which freeze you or pull you away from cover. You do not need to rush to break the statue with the sword, so let abilities and super regen if you want. 2nd boss, I cycle around to get the buff. I start from the left side and rotate to the right. Usually by the time I get to the right side, its time to grab the shield, and I have 2 buffs that I can grab on that side. I grab one before going into the room, and one as I am leaving with the shield.

1 ReplyI had to hit lfg to complete that on normal. Have solo’d every other campaign.
