So I’ve been waiting for Operation: Seraph’s shield to return to try to farm the SMG.
It’s all I’ve been doing all week long. I’ve probably completed it close to 30 times, if not more. I’ve perfect the mission as fast as possible and we’re still looking at a 30 minute mission. I’ve had the MSG drop only 2 times.
Look, I’m not mad. I know what I signed up for. I don’t have to play this mission. It’s a choice and I fully acknowledge that. That said, the Ikelos weapons are considered some of the best still and with this being the only way to actually get them, it’s a bit ridiculous.
It’s a bit ridiculous that after 30 runs and spending all my D2 time playing this for a week straight, I’m still not even close to having enough to craft it. Once this mission is gone, I’m screwed for 6-8 weeks or so. This game is reaching the end of an era. It’s time we start opening up these weapons to actually be earned again because this current system IS NOT IT.
Once again, I fully FULLY acknowledge and accept that I have chosen to waste my time repeating this mission over and over. This is just feedback and I’m not really angry. I’m annoyed and it’s lame, but it’s my choice and I’m not angry. I hope others agree that this system is wack

1 ReplyThe collection tabs are a complete waste for years you’ve there could of been a way to buy a random roll of any non craftable weapons right there in front of us yet bungie didn’t do it you can buy crappy roll old weapons that don’t matter today but non that have random perks which is dumb. Fix = letting us buy and try for random Rolled weapons / Red border weapons from our collections once obtained. I mean red border seasonal ones are easy as to come By now they dish them Out like candy Tip watch banshee 44 also sells ikelos weapons at times and deep sights work a treat. Which bungie should let us buy those or earn them We don’t get enough on the season pass its dismal Deep sights should be earnable or purchasable
