Outbreak Perfected catalyst not dropping after expert zero hour
So I recently completed the expert zero hour exotic mission in order to get the catalyst for Outbreak Perfected, however after backing out the mission, having collected the rewards and seeing both the gun and catalyst get deposited into my inventory, I later checked to apply it and alas it was no longer existent. I definitely received the rewards for the mission as I now have 2 Outbreak Perfected weapons in my inventory, but the catalyst doesn't seem to exist. Please provide a straight forward answer as I do not want to repeat the mission again.

When you go to the crafting table, what does it say when you try to equip Disease Vector in the 5th slot?

If you got it, then the catalyst section should tell you that you need to get kills with the weapon.
